Building Africa’s aircraft maintenance workforce.
AERRO PATH finances EASA-approved aircraft maintenance training in Africa and connects graduates with airlines and MROs that are hiring. Once employed, graduates repay into the fund so the next cohort can be trained.

Africa's aviation industry is growing. More aircraft are entering service every year,
and the industry will need more people who can maintain these aircraft.
Unfortunately becoming a qualified aircraft maintenance technician costs a lot of money.
For many young people across the continent, the cost of getting through the pathway is the main barrier.
AERRO PATH is building a way to remove that barrier by financing the training
and connecting qualified graduates with the airlines and MROs that need them.
Our model starts with understanding exactly what employers will need.
So right now, we are mapping demand with airlines and MROs across Africa.
This information will determine how we build our cohorts, and when we start.
What will your maintenance workforce need?
If you’re planning your maintenance workforce, we’d like to understand what you expect to need — the roles, aircraft types and timing.
